Palm Beach Hawks

The Palm Beach Hawks are a Tier III Junior hockey program in South Florida, consisting of Premier and Elite teams, which compete in the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL).

We recruit the most talented players 20-and under with a great work ethic and passion for the game. Also, we have an intense focus on academics and higher education to help each player achieve their athletic and scholastic goals.

Step one in the recruiting process is evaluating the players on the ice when they’re at the showcase or tryout. In our area, we scout them at a young age to evaluate if they’d be good enough players to play for us down the road. After that, we see if they can fit within our system and program, so then we need to get to know them as people. Prospects come in on visits with their families and we talk with their coaches and people that know them well.

What makes your program unique and different from other programs?

We are a development first program. We believe in developing our players on and off the ice and that comes first. Player advancement is the next step. We believe we are a two year program, for development purposes. We are also big on player trust, players need to trust who they play for and know that they are not being lied to. We provide a unique opportunity to play hockey in paradise and provide the necessary development needed for these players. We want kids who are eager to learn and want to get better every day. We want to develop good hockey players and even better young men.
