Our success was dependent upon staying true to our values here at Roster Point and ensuring that we maintain transparency, accuracy, and opportunity.
Every season, try-out camp, showcase tournament, players’ chances of advancing their careers are hurt simply because of the word-of-mouth politics that haunts the game. Our team at Roster Point knows skilled hockey players are not being represented fairly on and off the ice, so we made it our mission to change this.
We give players the ability to promote themselves and market their hockey talent the way they want to. It shouldn’t be up to a parent, previous coach, or scout to have the monopoly on how a player is perceived, although their insights are meaningful – the player must take control of their career! A player now has the ability with Roster Point to decide how they are perceived by recruiting and prospective teams. A dynamic RP profile can be customized and designed to encompass a player’s true abilities, giving teams and scouts a transparent look at their career.
